The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Solidity and experience with smart contract development, deployment, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and deploy upgrades to the core protocol, market implementations, and governance systems using Solidity.
  • Process feedback from auditors on smart contract implementations.
  • Create and optimize unit and integration tests for existing and new functionality in both Hardhat and Foundry.
  • Write code documentation developed by Core Contributors.
  • Support client libraries development to streamline integrators' developer experience.
  • Build the initial scaffolding of front-end applications with TypeScript and React to allow users to interact with the protocol.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Solidity code development.
  • Written and deployed Solidity smart contracts with documented usage and impact.
  • Extensive automated tests for contracts and familiarity with CI tooling such as CircleCI.
  • Experience with Solidity security audits.
  • Built Web3 dApps using React and TypeScript.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to work with others on projects.
  • Intellectually curious and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Based in Sydney, Australia.
