We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Contract Coordinator to join our team in Caringbah, NSW 2229.

About the Role

The role offers a competitive remuneration package of $73,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with stakeholders and clients to ensure project goals are met and contractual terms are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and negotiate contract variations for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, programs, projects, and services provided.
  • Manage all contract-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure project goals are met and contractual terms are fulfilled.
  • Advise management on contractual matters requiring attention and implement their decisions.
  • Oversee contractor work, monitor compliance with contracts, and report on variations to work orders.
  • Prepare and review reports and submissions related to the organization's contractual activities.
  • Collect and analyze project data, report on project outcomes, and use insights for future project planning.
Requirements
  • Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two-three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently.
