Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans using CAD software for various construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with engineers and architects, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software for various construction projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare site plans, elevations, sections, and details that adhere to zoning laws and building codes.
  • Update and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
  • Evaluate accuracy and quality of drawings to meet project deadlines.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.
What We Offer

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
