Business Administration Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administration Support Professional to join our team at Southern Cross Care. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth delivery of services across our Health & Wellness sites and Community Respite.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team and staff to provide exceptional support in various administrative tasks, including H&W Service Delivery Support, ordering and management of equipment and resources, supporting staff training and events, and overseeing staff personnel administration.
This is a permanent full-time position, offering 76 hours per fortnight and based at The Pines Health & Wellness Centre in North Plympton. You will be rewarded with great salary packaging benefits, Bupa Health Insurance discounts, discounted gym memberships, and more.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality administrative support to the management team and staff
- To manage equipment and resources for sustainable and safe service delivery
- To support staff training and events, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
- To oversee staff personnel administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee records
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar business support role
- Ability to adhere to program and government guidelines
- Demonstrated knowledge in stocktaking, ordering, and all associated follow-ups
- Strong computer skills and advanced proficiency in the Google suite
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritise workload demands
- Capacity to work independently, as a team, and under guidance from management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain positive working relationships
- A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards as applicable to the role
- Certificate and/or experience in Business Management will be highly desirable
