The Administrative Coordinator - Festival Sector will play a vital role in supporting our team, ensuring that we operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to facilitate business operations and service delivery.
- Act as a first point of contact, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as required.
- Manage complex information, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
- Assist with communication, preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and project budgets.
- Prepare Board papers, minutes, and other documentation.
- Support the coordination of events, including venue management, catering, and invitations.
- Contribute to the execution of outputs related to Festival City Adelaide communications, including eComms, social media, and website maintenance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in administration and business support services.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in WordPress, MailChimp, InDesign, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 pro rata + 11.5% superannuation
