Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at ROUSSOS Recruitment. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will provide efficient and timely administrative support to our directors and wider team.

The Role:

  • Provide general administration, client support, and reception duties, including greeting visitors.
  • Assist the finance team with data entry and financial reporting.
  • Answer all incoming calls to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage emails by replying to and actioning all company communications.
  • Implement systems and processes to streamline office operations.
  • Update the database and ensure all tasks are scheduled and completed accurately.
  • Coordinate and execute internal social events.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a professional and organized individual with a strong attention to detail. Previous reception or administration experience is highly regarded, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
