Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Professional to join our team at Adbri Limited. As an Administration Support Professional, you will provide high-quality administration support to our Executive Assistant(s) and assist with the running of our Corporate office and meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of the Corporate office, including mail distribution, document management, and ordering of office supplies.
  • Attend to visitors and monitor voicemails.
  • Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards.
  • Assist with raising and receipting of purchase orders.
  • Resolve internal and external customer queries.
  • General office duties, including equipment maintenance and courier services.

Requirements

  • Ability to interact in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to work in a busy office environment.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
  • SAP and Docusign experience beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.
