Administration Support Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Professional to join our team at Adbri Limited. As an Administration Support Professional, you will provide high-quality administration support to our Executive Assistant(s) and assist with the running of our Corporate office and meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of the Corporate office, including mail distribution, document management, and ordering of office supplies.
- Attend to visitors and monitor voicemails.
- Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards.
- Assist with raising and receipting of purchase orders.
- Resolve internal and external customer queries.
- General office duties, including equipment maintenance and courier services.
Requirements
- Ability to interact in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to work in a busy office environment.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
- SAP and Docusign experience beneficial.
- Effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.
