Lifecycle Marketing Professional

We are seeking a bold and curious individual to join our team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on tradie engagement. The role involves playing a central part in how tradies experience our platform – both on and off it.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Product-Led Growth, and Job Management teams to deliver lifecycle strategies that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention. They should have 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, customer, or data-driven marketing roles, preferably in SaaS, subscription, or platform-based businesses.

  • Commercial acumen is essential, along with confidence in data analysis and the ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amplitude, or Adobe Marketing Cloud is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience running tests and applying experimentation methodologies to improve outcomes.
