At the forefront of innovation, we seek an experienced Senior Manager to spearhead our customer lifecycle marketing efforts. As a key member of our Marketing Operations team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, customer activation, expansion, and retention through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position responsible for developing and implementing a holistic customer lifecycle marketing strategy to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey. Your primary goal will be to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risks by analyzing key performance metrics such as conversion rates and GDR.

You will lead and mentor a team of lifecycle marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, design, and other marketing teams, is essential to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute successful lifecycle marketing strategies that drive significant business results
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of lifecycle marketing professionals
  • Analyze customer segmentation and personalization to deliver relevant and timely messaging
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform strategic decisions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, focused on customer lifecycle, retention or CRM
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
  • Deep working knowledge of marketing platforms like Braze and Hubspot
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
