Lifecycle Marketing Expertise Sought

Join a leading health insurance organisation as they embark on a significant opportunity to expand their lifecycle marketing capabilities. This role presents an exceptional chance for a skilled marketer to leave a lasting impact on member retention and experience rates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end campaign planning, delivery of key lifecycle, member support and retention communications, and collaboration with a high-performing team to ensure stakeholders are briefed and kept informed on projects. A customer-first approach will be paramount in all marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include:
• End-to-end campaign planning and delivery of key lifecycle, member support and retention communications
• Support in the delivery of mandatory communications
• Collaboration with a high-performing team to ensure stakeholders are briefed and kept informed on projects
• A customer-first approach to all marketing activities
• Sharing ideas and adding value to team activity
• Supporting the Lifecycle Marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns focusing on Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention

You will be passionate about lifecycle marketing activity and have a strong understanding of current strategies and multi-channel campaigns. Strong skills in utilising data and analytics to measure and derive insights that will help refine and optimise campaigns are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment with a flexible and agile approach to delivery is also required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in end-to-end marketing campaign management
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation to inform campaign decisions
- Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing strategies and ability to design multi-channel campaigns
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
