Lifecycle Marketing Professional

We're seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Professional to lead lifecycle strategies that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention of tradespeople.

  • Lead initiatives that drive customer growth, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences across our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute personalized experiences, including email, push, in-app, SMS, and more.
  • Analyse data and behavioural signals to understand customer needs and inform program design.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have strong communication skills, and a passion for customers. If you have 3+ years of experience in a lifecycle, customer, or data-driven marketing role, preferably in SaaS, subscription, or platform-based businesses, we'd love to hear from you.

About You:
  • Experience working in or with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience running tests and applying experimentation methodologies to improve outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to clearly explain results and insights.
  • A passion for customers, with the curiosity to understand their behaviours, pain points, and motivations.
