At the heart of every great experience lies a well-planned lifecycle strategy. As a key player in our Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a subscriber acquisition and lifecycle program that not only delights our customers but also drives business growth for Experience Oz.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing end-to-end subscriber acquisition and lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. Your expertise will help us build a CX map and optimisation plan that covers transactional and lifecycle communications, including Onboarding, Engagement, Cross Sell, Purchase and Reviews.

You will work closely with our Product and Head of Digital Experience teams to deliver existing backlog of personalisation use cases and collaborate with the Brand and Paid Performance teams to develop an always-on monthly subscriber acquisition program.

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer value and commercial outcomes
  • Manage the development of CX maps and optimisation plans for transactional and lifecycle communications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalisation use cases and subscriber acquisition programs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital Product, Lifecycle Marketing or Digital Experience role or similar
  • Experience executing within Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills
