Until now we have let our product speak for itself and have been very successful with Word of Mouth and paid referral. We have spent the last 13 years building our product, infrastructure and network of partners. Our customer proposition is excellent and when customers use us they come back. We have an NPS of 84 and a category leading 4.9 star Trustpilot rating, which speaks volumes about the hard work that has already been done. The business has grown consistently since initially launching in NZ in 2008, with a healthy AU business despite no local team or specific activity. We're now focused on growing the AU business and looking for the right people to take us to greater heights.

**The role**:
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing (based in Sydney). Their initial focus will be on supporting the Head of Marketing to grow the Australian business, and over time the remit will expand to include NZ also. Responsibilities will include:
The core focus is on driving the activation, engagement and retention of our customers.
Own the development and implementation of our lifecycle marketing strategy encompassing end to end campaigns, customer journeys, triggered programs and customer comms to achieve our business objectives.
Taking a data driven approach using platform, product and customer insights to formulate hypotheses, develop marketing activity and A: B tests to drive growth.
Develop a deep understanding of our customer segments, their triggers/barriers, needs/wants, specific journeys and how we can best add value to their experience throughout every stage of their journey. Work closely with our Product Team to manage the Net Promoter Score and customer satisfaction surveys.
Working with key stakeholders and data analysts to uncover relevant data and insights, and transform these into actionable programs and tests to drive business results.
Regular reporting on campaign performance, test results and forecasts to inform the business of progress, key wins and learnings.
Briefing and collaborating with 3rd party agencies where required - creative, media etc.
Sponsorship/event support as required - we work closely with grassroot community organisations and the OrbitRemit team all support in attending occasional events as required.

**What you'll bring**:
OrbitRemit combines the best elements of a mature business with start-up culture. It's a profitable business with superb product/market fit, but still small enough where entrepreneurial, pro-active people can make an impact. We're looking for someone who identifies with most of the following:
5+ years CRM / lifecycle marketing experience
Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering business results through developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies and end to end campaigns.
CRM and Marketing automation expert with 5+ years working with platforms such as Iterable, Hubspot, Mailchimp etc.
Experience working with data platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau, etc.
Data driven marketer - you are comfortable with collecting and analysing data, understanding the opportunities, and prioritising actions based on the insights.
Excited about defining, owning and optimising the lifecycle marketing function - and has demonstrated experience driving results in this area.
A positive self-starter, who brings energy. We have a small team, and this is a key hire in Australia. This role will be critical in helping to develop and define the culture we want to establish in the business, and make it the best place to work in Australia.
Financial services and/or payments experience is ideal, but not mandatory
Agency or client side experience welcome
