Job Title: National Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Development Manager to join our team at Agribusiness Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercially astute sales strategy and plan to increase sales nationally with a focus on the eastern states.

Our client is a family-owned business operating from Western Australia since 2009, manufacturing rock crushing solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by Australia's agricultural, transport, civil, and mining industries.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our client to develop and implement a sales strategy that delivers on service, volume, margin, and profit targets. You will also be responsible for maximising return on marketing strategies by working with third-party marketing partners to develop and enhance marketing and sales materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a commercially astute sales strategy and plan to deliver on service, volume, margin, and profit targets.
  • To maximise return on marketing strategies by working with third-party marketing partners to develop and enhance marketing and sales material.
  • Identify sales, service, customer, and market trends to respond to opportunities and risks.
  • Providing post-sales servicing of existing clients to include start-up and follow-up as a key deliverable.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of external customers, influencing others to enable business improvements and facilitate innovative customer solutions.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Flexible Eastern States, including SA.
