Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled National BDM & Sales Manager to join our team at Agribusiness Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a commercially astute sales strategy and plan to deliver on service, volume, margin, and profit targets.
- Maximise return on marketing strategies by working with 3rd party marketing partners to develop and enhance marketing and sales material.
- Identify sales, service, customer, and market trends to respond to opportunities and risks.
- Provide post sales servicing of existing clients to include start-up and follow-up as a key deliverable.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of external customers, influencing others to enable business improvements and facilitate innovative customer solutions.
