Our client is a family-owned business in Western Australia, operating since 2009, that specializes in manufacturing rock crushing solutions for various industries such as agriculture, transport, and mining.
Key Responsibilities
As the National Sales Manager, your primary goal will be to develop and implement a commercially astute sales strategy and plan to increase sales nationally, with a focus on the eastern states.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to deliver on service, volume, margin, and profit targets
- Working with marketing partners to enhance marketing and sales material
- Identifying sales, service, customer, and market trends to respond to opportunities and risks
- Providing post-sales servicing of existing clients
- Collaborating with external customers to enable business improvements and facilitate innovative customer solutions
