National Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve annual sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure maximization of sales opportunities and achievement of annual sales results.
- L-1 Management: Lead Zonal managers and the sales force to increase awareness of the product and achieve business results.
- Territory Alignment: Organize and optimize Sales Territories by targeting and profiling of clients, monitor field processes, compliance through cycle reviews.
- Market Research and Portfolio Analysis: Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products new launches, etc.
- Performance Management and Reporting: Monitor continuously the performance of the sales force, generate appropriate sales reports to ensure the effective management of resources.
Qualifications:
- Qualification: MBA
- Years of Experience: 12 to 15
- Mandatory Skills: Sales, Marketing, Business Development
