Role Overview

The Sales Executive role at Woolworths Group is an exciting opportunity to support the Agency Sales team in achieving and exceeding their revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including preparation for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings, and presentations.
  2. Support the delivery of revenue streams from a portfolio of existing and new clients, including building high-end proposals and other sales documents.
  3. Assist in the management and regular reporting of sales funnels.
  4. Campaign assistance, inclusive of scheduling, post-campaign reporting, and other related tasks.
  5. Develop detailed knowledge of all inventory and products, along with checking competitive inventory where required.
  6. Sourcing, collating, and typing correspondence and requests for the Sales team, keeping proof of posting requests and delivery.

Requirements

  1. Advanced level of PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  2. Intermediate level of Excel/Google Sheets.
  3. Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  4. An understanding of the retail media environment is highly desirable.
