About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Dusk West Lakes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to Dusk's visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.
