Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Gather information to identify the correct product and issue, creating a service desk ticket on behalf of the customer

Requirements

  • Experience with inbound calls or customer-facing enquiries
  • Friendly phone manner and exceptional presentation
  • Experience with office software, CRM, and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics products (highly preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot products
