Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the success of the store.
    • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including visual merchandising and product displays.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a positive store environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
