About the Role

Veritas Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Gather information to identify the correct product and issue, and create a service desk ticket on behalf of the customer
  • Determine the best course of action to assist the customer and provide fast-tracked resolution and technical support
  • Manage customer expectations, advising on next steps to assist in resolving their needs

Requirements

  • Experience with inbound calls or customer-facing enquiries
  • Friendly phone manner and exceptional presentation
  • Experience with office software, CRM, and ticketing systems essential
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics products highly preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot products
