We're seeking a Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our Sydney-based team.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of lead generation or outbound sales experience and a strong interest in working for a SaaS organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts.
  • Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication to prospect new opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Sales.

This role plays an important part in the growth of our organization as we expand and scale.

You'll work closely with our Marketing team to execute campaigns and build the top end of our revenue funnel.

As a Sales and Business Growth Specialist, you'll see prospects move through the customer journey and celebrate each success along the way with our global team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $80,500 per annum, plus a 30% additional variable compensation component based on performance.
