The Commercial Strategy Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring continuity for commercial strategy between the initiation and execution phases of project lifecycle, reporting to the Commercial Operations Leader.

This role provides strategic guidance and support to the Project Management team on contract management best practices, with direct involvement in critical deals during the initiation phase and in client negotiations relating to major change orders and claims during the execution phase.

The Commercial Strategy Coordinator acts as a catalyst, ensuring compliance with key processes and providing feedback into the initiation phase to influence and improve our contracting strategy earlier, resulting in better risk management as projects transition into execution.
