Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic professional to support customers with their insurance needs in a fully remote environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, working closely with customers to resolve queries and provide tailored solutions.

The role requires 37.5 hours of full-time work each week, Monday to Friday, across 8:30am-6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with private health insurance inquiries, from reordering member cards to payment updates.
  • Handle inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls with care and precision.
  • Address general questions about insurance services, ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
  • Possibility to cross-skill into web chats for those ready to expand their expertise.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of contact centre experience is required (recent experience is not essential).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce (training will be provided).
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically in customer interactions.
  • A natural conversationalist, with strong communication skills both verbally and written.
