Insurance & Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional to fill the role of Insurance & Client Support Specialist. This is a hybrid position that involves working from home and the office, providing support to our growing portfolio of residential construction and domestic building insurance clients.
About the Position
The successful candidate will provide exceptional client service to industry professionals, assist with day-to-day management of client insurance policy renewals, endorsements and domestic building insurance, and maintain strong relationships with industry and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to industry professionals
- Assist Senior Broker with day-to-day management of client insurance policy renewals, endorsements and domestic building insurance
- Maintain strong relationships with industry and internal stakeholders
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance products for existing portfolio
- Communicate with customers via phone and face-to-face meetings
Requirements
- Experience providing high-level customer service
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to work and portfolio
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to meet key deadlines and prioritise work
