Insurance Operations Support Specialist

We're seeking an Insurance Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end support for our insurance operations platform.
- Resolve technical issues and service requests related to our core insurance system.
- Liaise with internal teams and software vendors to resolve issues and formulate enhancements.
- Conduct debugging and replication of issues in lower environments for further analysis.
- Triage, remediate, and escalate complex problems to the next level.
- Monitor and administer daily activities on the PEGA Platform from within the Pega Admin Console.
- Ensure operational health and integrity of VMIA's Pega Platform through liaison with the Pega Cloud team.
Key requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Pega System Architect Certification (CSA) highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex issues effectively.
- Capacity to work with minimal direction, particularly with data maintenance, systems, and process improvement.
