Insurance Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team of brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reporting, and drawing up letters. They will also assist in processing renewals, obtaining quotes, creating endorsements, and amending EDI transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working within an insurance brokerage environment. You must also hold RG146 Tier 1 qualification and possess excellent time management skills. A pro-active approach is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
