Multidisciplinary Speech Pathologist Opportunity in East Melbourne

Adult Speech Pathologist RoleThis fulfilling role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services across the scope of practice to adults with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver therapy in people's homes, educational settings or in the community, aimed at supporting clients to achieve their goals.
- Develop communication skills and/or mealtime safety and promote overall health and wellbeing.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists.
- Provide indirect client service/family coordination to support client goals.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- A willingness to improve on your clinical practice, including the ability to self-reflect and focus on developing clinical skills in areas you're not familiar with.
- Current membership with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
