As a Speech Pathologist with Yooralla, you will have the opportunity to work with children with a disability, providing evidence-based speech pathology services to help them achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering therapy in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community, aimed at maximising a person's functional skills and participation
- Providing indirect client service/family coordination to support client goals
- Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists
- Established and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage people with a disability, motivate them, and build their capability
- Ability to work in partnership with children with a disability to set and achieve goals
