About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at Yooralla. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based speech pathology services to children with a disability.

Job Description

This is a fulfilling role that involves working collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Your working days may involve delivering therapy in various settings, including people's homes, educational facilities, or community centers.

  • You will work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
  • Your indirect client service will involve coordinating with family members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless goal achievement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution.
  • Membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working within a transdisciplinary team model is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $93,466 - $116,492 per annum
