Experienced Speech Pathologist Wanted for Mobile Therapies in Melbourne

We are seeking an exceptional Speech Pathologist to join our team at HealthcareLink, providing mobile therapy services to families and communities in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. As a Speech Pathologist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, with a focus on delivering high-quality, individualized therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct standardized speech pathology assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client.
- Deliver therapy services in a variety of settings, including client homes, schools, and community centers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, using our online system to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Recognized degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Able to assess, plan, and monitor intervention in the area of communication disorders.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption).
- National Police Check.
- Valid drivers' license and access to a reliable vehicle.
