
Customer Experience Director

Drive customer strategy and lead a team of experience designers to deliver best-in-class experiences.
About the RoleThis senior position offers a unique opportunity to shape customer relationships, reporting to the Chief Experience Officer.
You will oversee the development of new ways to connect with customers, leveraging design, insights, and technology to create seamless interactions.
The initial focus will be on managing direct reports and building a team while providing insights to customer care staff.
You will develop a B2B Customer Success model to drive business growth and deliver value to customers.
Your analytical skills will be used to own customer satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSAT/CES) and deliver a Voice of Customer programme.
About You- 5+ years in a similar role with exposure to B2C and B2B companies
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to tell strong stories through verbal and written communication
- Strong project management skills, highly proactive and able to meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record driving complex projects involving cross-functional teams
- Solid consumer-centric mindset and commercial acumen, possessing ability to interpret data and influence decisions
