Key Responsibilities- Grow and retain a book of small business customers through effective leads and customer management.
- Deliver quality needs-based conversations that translate to positive member outcomes.
- Create a seamless customer experience, supported by your colleagues, through every interaction.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial lending origination.
- Experience in sourcing and sizing up lending opportunities and writing credit submissions.
- Retail Home lending experience.
- Experience in applying lending policy with prudent risk management.
- Financial statement analysis skills – Cash flow, P&L, Balance sheet and working capital ratios and calculations.
- RG 146 accreditation.
- Cert IV in Banking.
- Degree qualification in a business discipline.
- Engaged, high performing and solution focussed.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and connect with them.
- Effective planning and out-of-the box thinking.
- Be a truly excellent communicator - you can talk on many different levels to a variety of stakeholders with confidence and be a good listener showing empathy in conversations.
