Small Business Lending Specialist

About the RoleThis role is responsible for providing remote banking support to National Business centre customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping customers start, run, and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to a diverse range of small business customers.
- Engage in needs-based conversations with new and existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage referrals to specialist teams to support customer requirements.
- Meet assigned performance targets through needs-based conversations and cross-selling.
We're seeking a customer-focused professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong understanding of small business operations, transaction banking, and working capital solutions. Proficiency in credit assessment and management is also essential.
