Small Business Banking Specialist

About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Small Business Banker to join our team at Credit Union Australia. As a Small Business Banker, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a book of small business customers through effective leads and customer management.
You will deliver quality needs-based conversations that translate to positive member outcomes, and create a seamless customer experience, supported by your colleagues, through every interaction.
About you:
Essential:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial lending origination.
- Experience in sourcing and sizing up lending opportunities and writing credit submissions.
- Retail Home lending experience.
- Experience in applying lending policy with prudent risk management.
- Financial statement analysis skills – Cash flow, P&L, Balance sheet and working capital ratios and calculations.
Desirable:
- RG 146 accreditation.
- Cert IV in Banking.
- Degree qualification in a business discipline.
