International Enablement Director

The role of International Enablement Director is a critical position within the Business Enablement function, reporting directly to the International Treasury team under Group Treasury. This permanent full-time opportunity in Sydney requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead business analysis activities for assigned workstreams under the International Infrastructure Uplift program.

The Associate Director will be responsible for eliciting and documenting comprehensive business requirements for all initiatives, acting as the owner of the Business Requirements Document. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including technology teams, will be crucial in defining appropriate solutions to deliver required business outcomes.

A key responsibility will include assisting in the formulation of functional specifications/interface mapping, providing analysis support to the development team during implementation, and performing quality checks on delivered solutions through undertaking required testing to ensure business outcomes have been achieved.

Leading and managing change to impacted business groups, ensuring appropriate change activities (e.g., training, user guides) have been completed to minimize impacts to Business as Usual (BAU) teams, will also be essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities for assigned workstreams under the International Infrastructure Uplift program

Requirements:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate who possesses:

  • Previous banking experience with current or previous Financial Markets and Treasury knowledge
  • Strong analytical ability with an attention to details, and ability to digest information and to make logical inferences
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent negotiating and influencing skills
  • Prior project delivery experience as a Business Analyst is highly desirable
  • Ability to work to tight timeframes, prioritise and manage time across multiple activities
  • Self-motivated, highly engaged with other offices, to drive and implement change
