Job Description:

A Business Leader of Enablement Partners will oversee a team driving sales effectiveness and performance across go-to-market teams in APJ.

This role will manage embedded partners collaborating with sales, presales, customer success, and other leaders to create an enablement strategy and action plan.

You will serve as the main point of contact and business partner to senior executives helping ensure Enablement is part of their GTM strategy.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enablement Business Partners aligned to GTM functions we support.
  • Establish team and individual goals, processes, or guidelines to ensure alignment with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver a strategic, performance-based enablement plan that aligns to business goals on a quarterly basis.
  2. Plan and prepare to deliver a quarterly review to senior leadership teams in region.
  3. Ensure your Enablement Business Partners are providing input into your strategic plan and performance gaps of stakeholder teams are captured in your plan.
  4. Guide your team in using data, feedback, and field insights to identify skill, process, behavior, or product knowledge gaps in stakeholders supported.
  5. Oversee the creation of improvement plans created by Performance Specialists to address identified gaps.
