
Global Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute enablement programs that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with global revenue teams and leadership to identify business needs and develop solutions to address those needs.
- Execute enablement core programs by working closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze key metrics to identify gaps and develop targeted enablement programs to impact business metrics.
- Deliver high-impact enablement plans that leverage competency models and KPIs for onboarding, ongoing training, GTM readiness, content management, and associated assets.
- Collaborate with the global enablement team to deliver manager enablement, on-demand learning, methodology and value messaging resources, content creation, asset management, and communications.
- Lead requirements-gathering and creation of specialized training and content for local market needs.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to articulate best-in-class enablement, clear roles and responsibilities, and deliverables needed for customer-facing teams to succeed.
- Facilitate training for enablement core programs, events, and prioritized enablement beyond core programs.
- Audit past content and training to ensure relevance and availability for field teams.
- Create a feedback loop to understand business impact and improve programs for a better enablement experience continuously.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success enablement, sales or customer success (SDR, account executive, CSM, etc.), sales or customer success leadership, sales or customer success strategy, or a similar role.
- Locus in Sydney, Australia to support the Sydney office.
- Experience working across multiple international markets.
- Project management skills to scope complex projects, break them into chunks, and execute against a work plan.
- Strong understanding of methodologies, sales process, customer lifecycle, and revenue tech stack.
- A strategic thinker who can formulate high-impact and scalable sales enablement programs.
- Ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity, problem-solve with root cause identification.
- Capacity to understand and deconstruct technical concepts & products.
- Capacity to represent complex concepts into curricula that sales and CS professionals can absorb and apply.
- Collaborative working style, experience working across the company with teams of varied sizes to achieve common goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and exemplary organisational skills.
