Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to drive sales and achieve business goals. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products through effective merchandising and stock handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a visually appealing store layout and merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a related role with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and coach a high-performing team
  • Basic knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
