Our seven divisions collaborate to provide fully integrated, end-to-end solutions, from electrical and security services to fire protection, building services, energy management, maintenance, and cleaning.

With over 50 locations across Australia and New Zealand, the ARA Group provides essential services to support infrastructure and facilities. We employ approximately 3,000 people across four operating divisions: Fire & Security, Electrical, Property Services, and Products. We are seeking a Sales Representative (Industrial Products) to join our friendly and supportive team at BM Doors. We are offering a salary of $76,550 plus superannuation.

ARA Division - BM Doors

Job Details: Full-time, 38 hours per week

Location: 11 Aurora Ave, Queanbeyan East NSW 2620

Salary: $76,550.00 plus superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential client businesses through directories and other sources of information;
  • Keeping up to date with products and services offered by employers and competitors, as well as broader market trends;
  • Meeting with existing and prospective clients to identify and pursue sales opportunities;
  • Evaluating client needs and providing tailored recommendations and explanations of suitable products or services;
  • Tracking changes in customer requirements and competitor activity, and reporting insights to sales management;
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and credit terms, finalising agreements, and processing orders;
  • Coordinating delivery of products, installation of equipment, and related service arrangements;
  • Providing regular feedback to sales management on sales performance and product/service marketability;
  • Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns, and
  • Preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate records of business expenses.

Qualifications of a Sales Representative (Industrial Products)

  • Tertiary degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field
