Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the branch sales targets through the implementation of key strategies associated with the expansion of our Automated Logic Brand within Australia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with all customers, including Automated Logic End Users, Mechanical Contractors, and Builders. Key responsibilities include relationship management, solution selling, estimating, and providing professional submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship management and existing system equipment lifecycle/asset management.
  • Solution/consultative selling and understanding and tracking End User investment/expansion strategies.
  • Estimate and provide professional submissions.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions/product sales.
  • Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, promoting Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range.
  • Continue to build strong relationships with new and potential client base.
  • Provide regular updates to General Manager with client and industry feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions.
  • Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs.
  • Experience leading a sales team and proven success within previous sales role.
  • Ability to develop and implement budgets.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell and develop commercial contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
