The primary objective of this position is to manage and develop business opportunities for expansion. This involves overseeing sales targets, implementing strategic plans, and identifying new avenues for growth.
This role requires strong relationship management skills, including building and maintaining relationships with customers, such as Automated Logic End Users, Mechanical Contractors, and Builders.
A key responsibility will be to work closely with these stakeholders to identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to expand the Automated Logic Brand in Australia.
- Manage customer relationships, including Automated Logic End Users, Mechanical Contractors, and Builders.
- Estimate and provide professional submissions.
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
- Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, promoting Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range.
- Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with new and potential client base.
- Provide regular updates to General Manager with client and industry feedback.
- Experience within a similar business development role.
- Previous experience with estimating and providing professional submissions.
- Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs.
- Experience leading a sales team and proven success within previous sales roles.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell and develop commercial contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
