Business Growth Specialist

The role of a Business Growth Specialist plays a pivotal part in driving sales expansion and development within the industry. This position entails building strong relationships with clients, encompassing end-users, mechanical contractors, and builders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic relationship management, existing system equipment lifecycle / asset management.
  • Solution-oriented selling as well as understanding and tracking client investment / expansion strategies.
  • Developing and providing professional submissions.
  • Identifying and converting new opportunities for total solutions / product sales.
  • Promoting capabilities and extensive product range.
  • Continuously building strong relationships with new and potential client base.
  • Providing regular updates to key stakeholders with client and industry feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions.
  • Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs.
  • Leadership skills and proven success within previous sales role.
  • Able to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell and develop commercial contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
