We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Receptionist to provide reception services, including initial client assessment and administrative support to our clients.

This is a permanent, part-time (19 hours per week) position based in Shepparton, VIC, in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 2.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant business qualification, a current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check, a Victorian Driver Licence, and experience in reception/administration responsibilities.

About the Role
  • Screen incoming calls and assess client's needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively.
  • Professionally manage visitors in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.
  • Liaise with external service providers as per schedule to ensure currency of external referral information is maintained.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for meetings and events including the setup of Board and IT rooms, organising catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Review data and process data entry in various systems as required; extract information from systems and compile data for managers as required.
  • Drive fleet vehicles for servicing requirements and update vehicle condition reports.
