Disability Support Professional with a Personal Touch

We are seeking an experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our team at Cocoon Group Services.
This is a casual position that offers stability, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Providing complex care and support to individuals with challenging behaviours and abilities to comply with individual Behaviour Support Plans.
- Supporting people with medical needs, including administering medication and completing medical charts and records.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment and workplace.
- Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability Support.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You).
- Working with Children Check.
- Driver's Licence.
- Ability to support a young child with an intellectual disability and high behaviours.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including passive sleepovers.
