About the Role
  • Screen incoming calls and assess client needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively.
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly visitor management, including initial client assessment and allocation to the appropriate service area or referral to other external services as needed.
  • Liaise with external service providers to ensure currency of external referral information is maintained.
  • Assist with meeting and event planning, including setup of Board and IT rooms, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Review data and process data entry in various systems as required.
  • Perform fleet vehicle checks and update vehicle condition reports.
Key Requirements
  • A relevant business qualification, such as a Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
  • A Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Experience in reception and administration responsibilities.
  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (preferred).
