We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Support Officer to provide reception, including initial client assessment and allocation to the appropriate service area or referral to other external services as appropriate and administrative support.
This is a permanent, part-time (19 hours per week) position based in Shepparton, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 2.
About the role:Responsibilities include:
- Screening incoming calls and assessing clients' needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively
- Professionally managing visitors in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
- Liaising with external service providers as per schedule to ensure currency of external referral information is maintained
- Assisting with planning and logistics for meetings and events including setting up Board and IT rooms, organising catering, and audio-visual requirements
- Reviewing data and processing data entry in various systems as required; extracting information from systems and compiling data for managers as required
- Driving fleet vehicles for servicing requirements and updating vehicle condition reports
- Rlevant business qualification such as certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration
- A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check
- A Victorian Driver Licence
- Experience in reception/administration responsibilities
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (preferred)
Estimated annual salary: $40,000-$50,000
