We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Receptionist to join our team in Shepparton, VIC.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time (19 hours per week) position that involves providing reception services, including initial client assessment and allocation to the appropriate service area or referral to other external services as required. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administrative support, planning and logistics for meetings and events, data entry, and driving fleet vehicles for servicing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen incoming calls and assess client's needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively.
  • Manage visitors in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Liaise with external service providers as per schedule to ensure currency of external referral information is maintained.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for meetings and events including setup of Board and IT rooms, organising catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Review data and process data entry in various systems as required; extract information from systems and compile data for managers as required.
  • Drive fleet vehicles for servicing requirements and update vehicle condition reports.
Requirements
  • Rélevant business qualification such as certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
  • A Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Experience in reception/administration responsibilities.
  • Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (preferred).
