This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Disability Support Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviours.

  • You will be responsible for providing individualised support to clients, assisting them with daily living activities, personal care, and accessing community resources.
  • Your role will also involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability Support
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Orientation module (Quality Safety & You)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
